Brief Bio

Dr. Lei Zheng is an Associate Professor and Assistant Dean at the School of International Relations and Public Affairs, Fudan University, one of the oldest and most prestigious universities in China.

He is also the Director of the Lab for Digital and Mobile Governance at Fudan University. He holds a PhD in Public Administration and Policy from the Rockefeller College of Public Affairs and Policy, University at Albany, SUNY.

From 2006 through 2009, he was a graduate assistant at CTG UAlbany.

Dr. Lei Zheng serves as a board member of Digital Government Society since 2014, deputy chief editor of Fudan Public Administration Review, member of the editorial board of China E-Government Journal, director for international cooperation and member of E-government Advisory Committee of China Information Association, member of the Informatization Advisory Committee of China National Forestry Bureau.
