Brief Bio

Hongseok Lee is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Public Administration and Policy at the University at Albany, SUNY. He is also a faculty fellow at the Center for Technology in Government. His research agenda includes public human resources management, use of telework in public organizations, managing diversity in the workplace, and ethical behaviors in the workplace. He has taught graduate and undergraduate courses in public management, human resources management, and managing workforce diversity.
