As a government fellow at CTG, Lisa will work on key local government topics with particular focus on enterprise service architecture for municipal governments. Lisa is a seasoned executive with over 30 years of experience in a range of leadership roles in information technology and business processing. Lisa retired from the long career in public service after 7 years as Chief Information Officer for the City of Rochester.
During her tenure at the City of Rochester, Lisa led the city’s application for most Intelligent Community where the city was named in the top 21 globally. Lisa was also involved with a range of CTG UAlbany projects including founding, NYS City CIO work group, where CIOs from NYC, Yonkers, Syracuse, Plattsburgh, Albany, and Buffalo have convened and collaborative for over 6 years.
She currently serves on the boards for the Foodlink Organization, Western NY Chapter of the Society of Information Management (SIM), and the NYS Local Government Records Archive Committee. Lisa also has served as the Vice-President of the Metropolitan Information Exchange (MIX), a national government organization. She was chosen as the recipient of the 2018 Nien-Ling Wacker Visionary Award and was a finalist for the Rochester Great Awards. In 2019, Lisa received the Key to the City of Rochester for distinguished service.
Lisa is currently the Chief Executive Officer and Owner of Bolder IT Strategies, LLC providing Senior Advisory Services to government and private industry. She enjoys finding ways to foster collaboration and innovation and is energized by the ability to connect people, ideas, and resources so that government and industry continue to meet the changing needs of society.
